Orders are generally processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that during peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly extended. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the items in your order.

We always make our best to ship your order from our partners within your country, but some items may have to be shipped internationally.

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. You are responsible with ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination and paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Puredrivingshop does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.

Please ensure that you accurately enter your shipping address when checking out. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be refunded but can be reshipped at the expense of the customer.

In the rare case that your package is lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit, we will do everything we can to help from our end, but ultimately we are not responsible for these circumstances. Once we hand over our packages to the postal carrier, we are no longer liable for them. While we will make every effort to assist you in receiving it.
