We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, and you must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. This includes the initial shipping cost incurred at the time of purchase and any expedited or special delivery charges. We are not responsible in any case for any kind of custom taxes that may be applied by your local authorities.

Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable.

While we take utmost care in packaging your items to ensure they reach you in perfect condition, we are not responsible for damages that may occur during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We recommend inspecting your package upon delivery and documenting any damages with the carrier.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at info@puredrivingshop.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization.

If your return is accepted, we will inform you where to send your package.

Pack the item securely with the original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to be processed and for the funds to reflect in your account.

Exchange
